We will reserve your day from any other bookings that may affect your event
Coordinator for the Day
(aka Day-Of Coordination)
On site for the day of the event to assist with ceremony setup, floral placement if needed, transferring items from ceremony to reception, assist other vendors with setup if needed, light candles, cut cake/refill snacks, release tables for the meal, help keep things on time and running smoothly
*Examples of large items include: furniture pieces, unity tables, arches, pillars, backdrops
**Most inventory items are available for rent a la carte no package required
